“If we miss a renewal, whether it was a lease we wanted to terminate or one we wanted to renew and the landlord had other plans, that would be pretty significant. Without the visibility from Occupier, that could be millions of dollars in lost revenue.”

Frequently asked questions

How is Occupier priced?
Occupier is priced per lease, with a 20-lease minimum. Every plan includes unlimited users and support, and expired or terminated leases do not count. Implementation services such as abstraction and data migration are quoted separately, based on portfolio size.
How are renewal and notice dates tracked?
Occupier pulls critical dates from each lease during abstraction. Alerts go out before the notice period starts, not on the expiration date. You choose who gets each alert, so renewals, options and rent escalations reach the right person in time.
Can facilities teams look up who pays for a repair?
Yes. AI Responsibilities Mapping organizes landlord and tenant obligations from each lease, such as HVAC, roof and structural repairs. Facilities can check who is responsible at any location without opening the lease.
Is Occupier right for a company with 30+ locations?
Yes. Occupier is built for commercial tenants with multi-location portfolios, from 30 leases to a few hundred. Retail, restaurant/QSR, healthcare and fitness teams use it to keep every lease in one place, with custom alerts that notify you 60/90/180 days ahead of expiration or renewals.
How is lease administration different from lease accounting software?
Lease administration tracks what is in each lease: dates, rent, clauses and obligations. Lease accounting turns that data into ASC 842 and IFRS 16 schedules and journal entries. In Occupier both run on the same lease record, so an amendment updates accounting automatically.
Does Occupier integrate with NetSuite?
Occupier exports journal entries to NetSuite so finance does not rekey them. During onboarding, our team brings your lease data in from spreadsheets, PDFs and shared drives.
