Implementation services, such as lease abstraction, data migration and training, are quoted separately based on the size and complexity of your portfolio. You see the full cost before you sign.
Lease Accounting, Deal Management, Business Licenses and Equipment Leases are add-ons to Lease Administration. Lease Accounting requires a Lease Administration plan.
Absolutely. Most customers start with Professional and move to Enterprise as their portfolio grows and workflows mature. Upgrades happen at renewal or mid-contract based on your needs.
